|Recommended: YesOverall I had a wonderful experience at Division street lofts — There are so many restaurants and shops within walking distance, which made living here so convenient, in addition to that the leasing staff was always attentive and responded to my questions either the same day or in less than 24 hours, maintenance was always on time as well. I loved living here and know anyone would as well
|Recommended: YesFirst Place — It is a nice first place to live in. I feel safe inside my building and in my apartment. I do not ever worry about appliances breaking or not working. Everything is very updated and I enjoy living at the lofts.

|Recommended: YesHappy Enough To Stay 3 Years — Really does feel like home. Our deck view is like non other- we probably will never have as lovely of a view.
|Recommended: YesGreat place — great place in an even greater location Staff is very willing to help only complaint is no AC, but since we only need AC maybe for 2-3 months a year, it's tolerable Would definitely recommend to a friend.
|Recommended: YesSecond best apartment complex — Staff has been very helpful with all the little hiccups I encountered moving in. They've been really great about keeping updated with anything and answering all questions. Parking on 48th isn't always readily available due to the coffee shop but then you just drive to 47th and there's tons.
|Recommended: YesWhat a gem — I've lived in several states and several apartments and something about every apartment I've ever lived in has got on my nerves-- until I found Division Street Lofts. This place feels like home. It's amazing how clean the common areas are they have a cleaning crew come in almost every day. Street parking is never an issue, and Good Coffee is incredible. Gina is by far and beyond the most kind and considerate leasing agent I've ever met. I also never hear my neighbors

|Recommended: YesA nice layout and great location, the staff is very helpful. — This is an apartment so you can hear your neighbors, the bathrooms are great although the fan is constantly running, you get used to that though. The common room and balcony are both very nice to use. There is no parking garage but street parking is not usually an issue. The staff is very helpful and cheerful as well. I have no real complaints, overall it's a nice place to live.
|Recommended: YesOverall, it's a great affordable apartment in a great neighborhood. — I love my apartment. It's in a great neighborhood and everything's walkable. There's a bus stop right outside, which is perfect for commuting, and it's relatively quiet despite being on a busy street.

|Recommended: YesStop looking around, this is the spot — Gina in the office is amazing, they are pet friendly, right by Hawthorne, washer and dryer in unit and the modern design is second to none

|Recommended: YesA little pricey for the space, but the location and building is great. — Tenants are nice. Usually young, single people who don't stay too long.
Dog friendly, but there's always one or two dogs who don't get along with any other dog.
Not enough bike parking.
Good Coffee is delicious.
Since the units are small, it's helpful to have a nose for organization, a stomach for minimalism, and an eye for modern design that's space-efficient.
I miss having a bathtub, but I love having a washer and dryer in the unit though I hate doing laundry .
|Recommended: YesWonderful building, prime location, and an absolutely amazing staff — This beautiful new building has a sleek and stylish setup. I live in one of the small studio apartments and I love it. The big picture windows bring in so much gorgeous light and the stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, and quartz countertops create a clean and bright living space. The neighbors are all awesome, we love to have neighborhood parties up on the rooftop and it's a really friendly community that we are so pleased to be a part of.

The building is clean and the location is great. There is not a perceivable amount of noise that comes in from the neighboring apartments which is a blessing. The finishes of the apartment are modern and it is easy to feel at home here.
